Sen. Hutchison’s brief points out the many occasions-from 1866 to 2005-when the Congress has spoken in favor of the Second Amendment as protecting the rights of individuals, and has taken action to protect those rights by law. Congress has also voted repeatedly to repeal the D.C. gun ban.

I was surfing around looking for updates to the Morristown TN murder of a 94 year old man in this post, and came across this blog.
Bonnie details a little more than I do on this heinous murder.
Bonnie I don’t know how you do it, I think If I choose to wade into the cesspool that is our so called society these days, I’d probably have to replace my monitors at regular intervals, they tend to break when you throw things at them.
Notably in the posts from her viewers, the poster Cookie has this to say
“Hi, I also live in the area and I knew the girl, Jessica Lane when she was growing up. She was a very sweet little girl but did have a rough life. Her mother was a substance abuser and died as of that result. Jessica found her mother overdosed with her aunt dead of a heart attack in the next room about 3 or 4 years ago. Her mother was always in a abusive relationship with one man or another before she died. None of this is a excuse for what happened though. Drugs, drugs and more drugs. I heard she was heavy into them since she has been grown. She has at least on child that I know of and have heard that the child has lived with it’s paternal grandparents since it was born (which is a blessing). I plan on writing Jessica to see if I can see her and ask her what happened. I am in shock. This just proves I guess what drug addicts will do for the high. It is so sad”.

We’ll ponder and gaze at our belly buttons in endless speculation of “why” and wring our hands in anguish, crying “how could this happen”?!
It’s how our liberal courts and the press and the peace-niks in this country are changing our thought processes to this insane wishy washy mentality of how rights for animals like Nance and his slut girl Jessica must come first.
Nance and his cohorts are stone cold guilty, they are a blight on our society, and I don’t give a rats ass WHAT caused their deranged actions. I am sick and tired of these knee jerk reactions every time some animal and his beast g/f like Jessica go on the warpath and innocent people get slaughtered as a result.
There is no reasoning for this, I don’t give a damn what kind of background Nance and this rabid skank came from, how few opportunities they had, how fuc*ed up their mothers or their Daddies were..everyone has a choice in life, everyone has the same chances as anyone else in this country. Well not according to the race baiting jack asses like Je$$ie Jackson and Al Not-so-Sharpton but that’s another rant entirely.
The simple fact of the matter is, at one point in their lives, these animals like Nance and Jessica make a choice, they choose to turn to drugs or crime as a way to deal with their so called “issues”, they take the easy way out and this is the result. No-one forced Nance or Jessica to use drugs, the schools and “society” are not responsible for his actions (other than now as I highlighted earlier when they let a violent parole violator roam around in our midst only so he could kill this man).
We’ve spent BILLIONS of dollars on welfare, outreach this, and social program that, most of them targeted at young women like Jessica, SHE had an ABUNDANCE OF chances to overcome the hurdles in her life, don’t give me this clap trap about her mother and her horrible life, because it’s a load of bullshit.
In summary, bravo for Bonnie..and Cookie you’re a blathering idjut, you ARE part of the problem, wake up.
