It’s been almost a month since I posted. Wow, where does time go?
Like I mentioned below this post I’ve done some blog maintence, I’ve stripped some features out such as the Snap previews and other applications that were slowing the page loads. While it might not be an issue for someone on a DSL / Cable broadband connection in the US, the blog pages take for ever to load over here, I’m lucky if I pull 40k a second. It got annoying so I pulled back some of the apps.

**** UPDATE JULY 2nd 2009: After much debate, I’ve decided to really strip the blog down, as you can see most of the “fluff” is gone, I’m still trying to find a theme that I want, but it has to be in this format, I never did like the side bars bunched next to each other, and I prefer sidebar – body – sidebar layouts, so this one offered just that.
It is also giving you the reader log in links, and you should see the page loads return much faster.
If you were linked and I killed that link and I did kill some of them, and you wish to be linked to, send me a note or leave a comment. Many of the links were to sites that are no longer up, but it’s possible I killed an active sites link.
I hope you like the new look, I’ll leave this up for a few days as I search for a theme that fits what I want….
